ISS Grounds Control was established in 1974 as a commercial landscape maintenance firm in San Antonio, Texas. Over the past 30 years, ISS Grounds Control has grown throughout the Southwest to include operations in California, Arizona, Nevada and New York

May 4th, 2009 - The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has just published a list of the world’s top 100 outsourcing companies. ISS is proud to announce that ISS is ranked number seven (7) on the list of companies from around the world providing the full spectrum of outsourcing services such as IT, consultancy and facility services to name a few.

Being rated one of the best facility services companies on the list demonstrates that ISS does fulfil our mission to lead facility services globally. And we do so by leading facility services locally. ISS has achieved the high rank based on not only our global presence and size, but also based on among other criteria such as our ability to train and develop employees, the recognitions ISS has received worldwide as well as our impressive client list.
